What does Movyloshop do?
Movyloshop is a platform that allows you to set up a mobile store to sell your goods. It lets you organize your products, customize your storefront, accept credit card payments through payment gateways, track and respond to orders - all without technical knowledge!
What do I need in order to start selling?
You need:
- Something to sell
- Subscribe a paypal account in order to accept payments from your customers
- A valid credit card to pay for your online store
Do I need to be a programmer to create my mobile store?
Not at all! Movyloshop provides a wide variety of templates that you can apply to your mobile store. New templates are added periodically so you can always keep your online store looking fresh, and our Theme Editor allows you to change the look of your store with a graphical interface that is easy to use.
Create your mobile store
Can I use my own domain name with my shop?
Yes you can! If you do not have one, Movyloshop will give you one for free such as your_mobile_commerce.movyloshop.com
How long does it take to create a mobile store?
It depends on whether you have a plan or idea how your store should look like. Movyloshop allows you to minimize the time you spend on creation of your mobile store. All you have to do is create pages and upload your products to sell. You don't have to know HTML or other Internet technologies.
Orders and shipments
What do I do when I get an order?
After you get a new order notification by email you would log in to your account and check out the details for that order.
If you need to get more information from your customer, you can contact him by phone. Then just package up the order, send it to the shipping address provided, then mark the Movyloshop order as shipped to keep track of things.
Tracking
You can refer to "Orders" in your account on Movyloshop to check the tracking numbers of your order.
What sales reports can I get in Movyloshop?
Movyloshop will provide you with all information necessary for successful trade and satisfaction of your customers' needs.
- You can get on-line data about the number of complete, paid and declined orders.
- You can track how many customers came to your website and purchases.
How is shipment cost calculated?
You set the shipment cost for your products, for national and international shipments.

How does the 30-day trial work?
You have 30 days to use the service as you wish, free of charge. If you do not pay at the end of the 30 day trial period your account will be deleted.
Do I need a Credit Card to sign up?
No we do not require a credit card to sign up. We only require your credit card number when you purchase the service.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments through the payment gateway Paypal
You will be able to pay by most Credit cards & Debit cards like

Which is the difference between Try & Buy and Buy?
Subscribing the offer Try & buy you can try the service, upload your products and create your own mobile store. If you want to start selling you must buy the premium version!
How long is the contract?
Every contract is deemed to be a contract for 6 months and the payment will be automatically renewed from month to month. The service also includes new releases
Invoicing
The platform will charge you automatically monthly fees within the recurring date of every month for the full period of subscription.
If you don't pay the service will be shut down.
Note to the purchase of more than one feature during the same month
In order to avoid multiple deadlines for payments of those technical features
purchased by each user on different dates in the same month, MovyloShop counts the total cost taking into account the first purchasing date.
Return and refund policyConsumers have the right to revoke the contract
by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to Dynamic Fun srl
Customer Service, via Cardinal Massaia 83, 10147 Torino (Italy) or, within the same deadline, by sending an e-mail to recess@movyloshop.com.
The deadline is within 15 days from the date of activation of the account.
Upon the arrival of the letter, MovyloShop will stop the service immediately and refund the total sum paid by the consumer within 30 working days from the receipt of the letter.
