What does Movylo Shop do?
Movylo Shop is a platform that allows you to set up a mobile store to sell your goods. It lets you organize your products, customize your storefront, accept credit card payments through payment gateways, track and respond to orders - all without technical knowledge!
What do I need in order to start selling?
You need:
- Something to sell
- A valid credit card to pay for your online store
- At least a Paypal account in order to accept payments from your customers, the address of your store if you are a retailer and bill in-store
Do I need to be a programmer to create my mobile store?
Not at all! Movylo Shop provides a wide variety of templates that you can apply to your mobile store. New templates are added periodically so you can always keep your online store looking fresh, and our Theme Editor allows you to change the look of your store with a graphical interface that is easy to use.

How does the 30-day trial work?
You have 30 days to use the service as you wish, free of charge. If you do not pay at the end of the 30 day trial period your account will be deleted.
Do I need a Credit Card to sign up
No! We do not require a credit card to sign up. We only require your credit card number when you purchase the service.
How long is the contract?
There is no contract! After your trial has expired you can then choose one of the packages. There is no contract so you will be billed only for 1 single month and AT ANY TIME you can decide to cancel your registration with no penalties nor hidden fees.

I already have a partner for e-commerce: can I use my existing system to manage both web & mobile?
Yes! You can keep on using your web partner to manage products, customers, orders and easily export/import them to Movylo Shop. And above all … you don’t have to change your partner for web commerce!
I already have my mobile store with another partner: what can I use Movylo Shop for?
You can have your mobile store with your preferred partner, but at the same time benefit of Movylo Shop to:
- create impulse promotions
- multiple landing pages for each promos
- blast SMS, email, QRcodes, Facebook, Twitter, mobile display ads, and much more!
Can I use my own domain name with my store?
Yes you can! If you do not have one, Movylo Shop will give you one for free such as yourstore.movyloshop.com, but we suggest you use your own url such as www.yourstore.com and redirect the mobile traffic to the mobile store (under preferences > domain you can find out how)
How long does it take to create a mobile store?
It depends on whether you have a plan or idea how your store should look like. Movylo Shop allows you to minimize the time you spend on creation of your mobile store. All you have to do is create pages and upload your products to sell. You don't have to know HTML or other Internet technologies.

Orders and shipments
What do I do when I get an order?
After you get a new order notification by email you would log in to your account and check out the details for that order. You can manage and fulfil the orders directly from Movylo Shop and/or export them in other platforms, very easily, via spreadsheet or APIs. If you need to get more information from your customer, you can contact him by phone. Then just package up the order, send it to the shipping address provided, then mark the Movylo Shop order as shipped to keep track of things.
Tracking
You can refer to "Orders" in your account on Movylo Shop to check the tracking numbers of your order.
What sales reports can I get in Movylo Shop?
Movylo Shop will provide you with all information necessary for successful trade and satisfaction of your customers' needs. You can get on-line data about the number of complete, paid and declined orders. You can track how many customers came to your website and purchases.
How is shipment cost calculated?
You set the shipment cost for your products, for national and international shipments and it can be set based both on pricing or weight.
